How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are available for next day delivery between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday - Friday. Please be aware this is subject to post code area; you will have the option to select next working day if it is available for your address.
I Have Damaged Tiles, What Do I Need to Do?
When your order is delivered, we recommend checking all items and reporting any damaged goods to our customer service team within 24 hours from delivery. Please provide an image taken whilst the items are still on the pallet. We will endeavour to send replacements or issue a refund where applicable as quickly as possible.
Can I change my order?
An order can be amended until dispatched once the order has left us, we cannot add or remove items from your order. You have the right to change your full order 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Once you have notified us 14 days from the date of notification to return the goods to us. Customers are responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods. Refunds will be processed within five working days following receipt of return. A photo of the goods being returned must be provided prior to arranging transit to allow us to determine that the items are in a reasonable condition. To request a cancellation please click here.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once a refund has been processed, this can take up to 7-10 working days to receive the funds back within your account.
What is Kerbside delivery?
A Kerbside delivery service means your order will be delivered to the nearest Kerbside or safe and accessible point to the delivery address supplied.
Do I get a narrowed down time or estimated delivery time on the day?
Our deliveries can take place between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday – Friday We use a third-party Courier; we cannot guarantee calls prior to the delivery. However, if you contact us on the day of delivery after 10am we can try and give a more accurate delivery time.
Can you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately, we can only offer a delivery service within the UK.
Do I get a VAT invoice for my order?
A VAT invoice is automatically generated once your order has been dispatched, you will receive this via e-mail. Alternatively contact our customer service team with the order number and delivery address and we can send a copy to you.
Do the website prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices on the website include VAT.
Can I pay using AMEX?
Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX. Our website accepts all UK Registered cards and PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or the delivery is refused, there will be a flat rate of £40.00 per pallet for the order to be returned to us.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, all our pallet deliveries must be signed for at the point of delivery. We also advise the order is checked at the delivery point. If you are not in when delivery is attempted on the agreed date and there is no safe location for the delivery to be left, then a redelivery charge of £26.99 will need to be paid before we can attempt to redeliver (standard delivery).
When Will My Sample Arrive?
We will aim to deliver your sample order within one to two working days. This is postcode dependent. Our team will be in touch with you once your sample has arrived to see if they can assist with anything.
Do You Offer Interest Free Credit?
Currently, we do not offer any finance options, all orders must be paid for at the point of sale.
